The Westminster Community Services and Recreation Department offers an after school parks program at Bolsa Chica, Liberty and Sigler Parks.  Elementary school-aged children can enjoy a variety of free activities in a supervised, positive environment.  The parks are open Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.  For more information, please call the WCSR Department at (714) 895-2860.
