STATEWIDE DROUGHT DECLARED OVER

After five years of drought conditions, California had a much needed rainy season and the statewide drought was declared over. As such, the City of Westminster has removed emergency restrictions and Westminster's permanent water restrictions are now in effect. To see a comprehensive list of permanent restrictions, view our Permanent Water Restrictions or view Ordinance 2536

Though the statewide drought is declared over, Southern California, and Orange County in particular, remain in a moderate drought due to low groundwater basin levels. The Westminster Water Division asks all residents to continue to use water wisely.
